The first life in five steps
- Open the official English game in a current browser. The project says no account is required.
- Start a new life and let the game draw the starting baby and country context. The draw is part of the simulation, not a country-selection strategy.
- Choose the focus or life direction shown by the current interface. Treat it as a way to guide the simulation, not a promise of a particular career, income or lifespan.
- Use the available pause, speed or auto controls to follow the life at a pace that works for you. On mobile, the official page exposes the controls through its menu.
- Let the life reach its end, then use the official sharing or memorial options only if you are comfortable sharing the result.
What to record if a guide says “best”
Write down the build label, starting country, focus, speed and the exact event or outcome shown on screen. A different draw can change the result, so one run is not evidence that a choice is universally better.
