Cut a Rock best pickaxe: how to compare tools without a fake tier list

A repeatable Cut a Rock pickaxe test using depth, break time, cost and access instead of an invented permanent ranking.

No universal pickaxe tier list yetThe game advertises stronger pickaxes, but a durable best order needs the current names, requirements and break tests.

Compare the tool you actually have

A “best pickaxe” answer changes when a deeper floor, an Index requirement or a machine upgrade is involved. For each tool, record its name, requirement, visible power, one repeatable rock and the time to break it.

01AccessCan the tool reach the next floor or does it need an Index gate?
02Break timeUse the same rock and server conditions for each comparison.
03EconomyCompare the cost with the sell value of the route it unlocks.
04Offline valueKeep machine output separate from a hand-held pickaxe result.

EarlyWiki will publish named tool ranks when the live UI and repeated runs support them. Until then, follow the beginner route and keep the code status separate.
