Is PokéBonk safe and official? Rights, access and availability explained

What the PokéBonk legal notice says about its fan-game status, third-party resources, data and possible removal.

High-risk topicRead the original legal notice before treating this game as a stable service.

It is not an official Pokémon game

PokéBonk’s legal and privacy page says the project is free, non-commercial and not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures or GAME FREAK. The page also identifies the Pokémon names, characters, moves and designs as belonging to their respective rights holders.

What the removal language means

The legal notice says a rights holder can request content removal in good faith and that the project will remove the named content, or the whole project if requested, within a maximum of 72 hours. That is a risk signal, not a promise that the game will remain online.

Safe habits

  • Use the original domain and do not install an APK or browser extension offered by a guide.
  • Do not enter a game password on EarlyWiki or another guide site.
  • Do not copy or redistribute the fan project’s art, Pokémon assets or soundtrack.
  • Check the official legal page again before following a dated guide.

EarlyWiki can cover the public gameplay questions, but it will remove or revise this desk if the original project becomes unavailable or a rights request changes its status.
