Short answer
Based on the current PokéBonk announcement, Season 2 ends on Nov 4 at 17:30 UTC. In Beijing, that is Nov 5 at 01:30.
What the cutoff means
The cutoff is the useful planning point for Season 2 runs and the transition into the Version 0.9 / Season 3 release. It does not prove that every reward, leaderboard, event screen or client update will flip at exactly that second. Save your final run evidence and check the live game after the transition.
What is planned for Season 3?
- GEN 2 content.
- A GEN 1 and Legendary rebalance.
- A Fusion system rework.
- A new seasonal event.
- Four new Kanto and Johto maps.
The announcement does not yet provide a complete roster, exact map names, reward table, Fusion recipes or a new strength ranking. Those details should be added only after the live v0.9 client or an official follow-up confirms them.
Before you finish a Season 2 run
- Record the visible build and the UTC timestamp.
- Capture the result screen if the run affects a ranking or reward.
- Keep account and mode details with the screenshot.
- Re-check the official news feed after the cutoff before treating a new GEN 2 or Fusion claim as live.
